Prescott Township is one of twelve townships in Adams County, Iowa, USA. As of the 2000 census, its population was 433.
Prescott Township was formed in 1873 from the formerly named Queen City Township, to which a portion of Quincy Township was also annexed.[3]
Prescott Township covers an area of 35.58 square miles (92.2 km2) and contains one incorporated settlement, Prescott. According to the USGS, it contains four cemeteries: Evergreen, Icarian, Mount Pleasant and Old Evergreen.
